Everyone has stories.​You don’t need to arrive with anything prepared. Part of the work is learning how to recognize the moments in your life that carry meaning—and how to shape them into stories.​ If there’s a story you’ve been holding onto for a long time, we’ll help you find your way into telling it.​​

 

 

What if I’m too shy to do something like this?

 

You're not alone in that.We meet you where you are and move forward from there. No pressure—just steady, supported growth. Over time, people become more comfortable, more present, and more at ease sharing their stories.

Why should I do this? What will I get out of it?

 

You’ll learn how to shape and tell a story with clarity and presence.

​That often carries into other areas of life—speaking in front of others, expressing what matters to you, or simply feeling more grounded in your own voice.​ Just as important, many people leave with a deeper understanding of their own experiences and how those experiences have shaped them.

Great! You're ready to progress to the next step! If you’ve taken Foundations, you’re ready for the next phase of the work. Can I take this with a group I already know?

 

Yes, you can!​ We offer private classes for groups of 4–16 people. These can be a meaningful way to share stories within a group that already has a connection.​Reach out, and we can talk through what would work best.

Do you offer workshops for organizations?

 

We do. We design workshops and private programs for teams, organizations, and institutions. These are tailored to the specific needs of the group. Feel free to reach out to start a conversation.
