Foundations

Next Level

This is for storytellers who have completed Foundations and are ready to go deeper.

In this phase, we focus on the subtler layers of storytelling—how language, voice, and presence shape the experience of the story.

You’ll continue developing new material while refining your ability to:

  • work more precisely with language

            and phrasing

  • expand your vocal range and

            expression

  • stay responsive and connected as

            the story unfolds

We move beyond simply shaping the story, and begin to explore how it lives, how it sounds, how it moves and how it reaches an audience.

By the end, you’ll have a new story to tell and a deeper understanding of how to create work that is grounded, dynamic, and alive.

The class culminates in a performance for a larger audience—an opportunity to bring the work into a wider space.

Embodiment

We all carry stories that have shaped us—moments that changed how we see ourselves and the world.

In this class, you’ll learn how to shape those experiences into stories that are clear, grounded, and alive in the moment of telling.

We begin simply, sharing short stories in pairs, then gradually expand into deeper work and larger groups.

Along the way, you’ll build structure, develop your voice, and learn how to stay present—even when nerves arise.

This isn’t about memorizing a script—
it’s about learning to stand inside your story and move with it.

The class culminates in a live performance

for a supportive audience where the story comes to life—unfolding in real time for both the storyteller and the listener

Fairytale/Myth

In this work, we listen to traditional fairy tales

and myths—the deeper, older stories

that have been carried over time.

Rather than analyzing them, we follow them.

We notice what stays with us,

what resonates, what lingers.

From there, we begin to trace the threads back

into our own lives—finding the places where our personal stories connect to something larger.

Those connections often lead us to stories

we haven’t fully told, or haven’t yet

found the language for.

Together, we work to bring those stories forward—shaping, embodying, and telling them

with clarity and depth.

What if the body were the primary way we

told our stories?

In this work, we explore how the body responds—often before the mind does—

and what it reveals about the story.

Through movement, breath, and voice, we learn to listen for that—allowing the story to become

more immediate, grounded, and true.

This is a deeper layer of practice, where the

story is not just told, but fully inhabited.

This work is offered by invitation only.

One on One Coaching

This is a more personal way into the work.

We focus closely on your story—where it begins, what’s at the center of it,

and how it wants to be told.

Together, we shape and refine the story, building a structure you can live inside while staying responsive to what emerges in the moment.

This work is tailored to you.We move at the pace the story requires, paying attention to

detail, language, and presence.

Whether you’re preparing for performance or developing something over time,

the goal is the same:

To create a story that feels grounded, alive, and true each time you tell it.

This isn’t about memorizing a script—
it’s about learning to stand inside your story and move with it.
